Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix Jobs

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix (BGCMP) has a very proud and triumphant history. In 1946, the BGCMP opened its first two Clubs in the Valley. Today, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix provides services to thousands of boys and girls annually, operating a total of 13 clubhouses throughout the central and west area Valley, a full-service dental clinic and outreach services.

The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix is to inspire and enable youth in our community, especially those faced with difficult and challenging circumstances, to realize their individual potential while learning responsible citizenship.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix provides structured, comprehensive development programs for youth in grades K – 12th. The BGCMP’s focus is to provide quality after-school programs, under the supervision of a professional staff, that supplement and enhance their learning and nurturing environments.
