Boys & Girls Club of Metro Phoenix is looking for innovative and energetic people to become a part of our team. We will be holding an OPEN HOUSE in which you will have the opportunity to meet current staff and get more information on our part time positions, located throughout our 13 Metro Phoenix clubs.  If you are interested, please apply online.  After you have completed your online application, please reach out to Ashley @ acooper@bgcmp.org and let her know that you are interested in attending our Open House and she can get you scheduled for your on-site interview! 

Job requirements vary for each position, however, a list of general information is below:

Minimum requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent

Valid AZ driver’s license

Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 3pm-8pm and some weekends

 

Must have or be willing to obtain:

Current CPR and first aid certification

Fingerprints and background check required

Food Handler’s certification may be required

 

Preferred qualifications:

Prior Boys & Girls Club experience and/or knowledge of youth and teen development programs and activities

Computer proficient with MS Office suite

Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
