Branch Admin Assistant
Help our kids experience the Positive side of life in a fun clubhouse setting! We're looking for a positive and organized person to staff the front desk at busy clubhouse for youth. Duties include greeting youth, staff and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. You will answer the telephone, accept and process payments, compile and track information for reports, assist with tracking assets, work orders and incident reports, and provide data entry into club database system. Bi-Lingual Spanish/English required. Work part-time: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Skills / Requirements
Must be computer proficient (MS office and Outlook calendar), familiar with database programs and have a demonstrated ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor in a noisy setting. Ability to maintain accurate records and multi-task also required. Bi-Lingual Spanish/English required. Must have at least 1 year of similar youth clubhouse administrative experience and direct experience with Accounts Receivable. Must be at least age 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent. College coursework preferred.
Pay: from $12/hour
